To the left are contracts and documents that I have used and updated over the last 25 years. If you are looking for a starting point for a contract or document that is listed below, please feel free to download whatever you need, upon the conditions and understanding that:

• the provision by me and/or your use of same does not constitute advice on my part, legal or otherwise,

Basically, the above shouldn't be required in a common sense world, however unfortunately not everyone reading this page will possess common sense, as do you and I, and instead prefer to void themselves of responsibility for their actions, and make lawyers rich after the fact.
